U know what really gets me MAD?? It's been over a week since all that shit went down in Mumbai and yet no one seems to know who was responsible and why it happened. But Mumbai rocks coz it took not more that one night to get life back to normal. I know, I was there in Mumbai for my brothers engagement. We were worried sick about whether the engagement would take place or not.. but it did.. and with no hassles what soever. Mumbai - I salute your spirit.
On the other hand, there always seems to be someone ready to take advantage of a tragedy. Like the couple in Mumbai who claimed a dead body saying it was of their father and along with it collected the 1 lac compensation as well. Only problem was, the body was of a person who was not even remotely connected to them. And while the actual son was running pillar to post looking for the body, the fraudsters finished even performing the last rights!! How can you possibly sink so low as to deprive a son of the right to perform the last rights on his father? I was shocked and angry when i read this bit of news. It's just a slap on the face of what we call humanity.
Theories are a plenty and answers are few. I guess that's the way the Government has always functioned and always will. Its no wonder that the people behind this terror go from strength to strength with every act. I pray someday, somewhere, somehow these people are brought to their knees.
